The Manchester Piccadilly flat gave J&H Spaces a clear brief: take a tired flat and turn it into a finished, furnished apartment the landlord could hand straight over to paying guests.
This was more than a standard refurbishment. It meant full strip out, new kitchen, bathroom modernisation, flooring throughout, decoration, lighting, and then complete furnishing and styling, right down to the artwork, cushions and kitchenware.
The commercial driver was simple: the faster the apartment could go onto Airbnb, the faster the landlord started earning. J&H Spaces delivered a sequenced programme so the property was rent ready on schedule.
