Turning a listed London property into a premium clinic

Belgravia gave J&H Spaces a different kind of challenge: not just to refurbish a tired interior, but to create a client facing clinical environment inside a listed London property.

The brief needed a careful balance. The space had to feel polished, calm and premium for clients, while still working practically for treatment rooms, reception, storage, retail display and daily clinic use.

J&H Spaces handled the space planning and delivered a completely new clinic layout, reworking the flow of the property and adding a new client WC so the space functioned properly for both visitors and staff.

That meant sensitive refurbishment, sharp sequencing, clean finishing and careful coordination of M&E services: HVAC, mechanical ventilation, new electrical installation, structured data cabling, AV/audio provision, lighting, bespoke joinery, shelving, brassware, decoration, WC finishes and the overall flow from arrival to treatment.
